How to Care for Graphic Tees So They Last
A good graphic tee should last years, not months. Most people destroy their tees in the wash. Here’s how to keep yours looking fresh.
Wash Cold, Inside Out
Always. Cold water protects the print. Inside out stops friction from fading the graphic. This alone doubles the life of your tee.
Air Dry When Possible
Dryers shrink cotton and crack prints. Hang dry flat on a rack. If you must use a dryer, use the lowest heat setting and take it out while still slightly damp.
Don’t Stuff the Washer
Overcrowding means more friction, more fading. Wash tees with tees, not with jeans and jackets that grind against them.
Store Folded, Not Hung
Hangers stretch the neck. Fold your tees and stack them. Takes less space and they keep their shape.
