Products are made to order: estimated production is 2–5 business days, then tracked EU delivery is 3–8 business days (estimates). Exact rates and methods for your destination are shown at checkout.

Yes — we deliver to 30 European countries: the 27 EU member states plus the UK, Norway and Switzerland. Destination, rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout by our fulfillment partner, and European orders ship tracked.

European orders over €50 ship free. Below that, a flat-rate delivery cost is calculated at checkout. Every delivery is tracked, and your cart shows how far you are from the free-shipping threshold.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also log in to your Areezz account to view real-time order status.

VAT is calculated for the delivery destination. Confirm your country at checkout to see the applicable tax and order total. Orders delivered outside the EU are not charged EU VAT; any local import duties or taxes that may apply are the recipient's responsibility.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Klarna, all processed through a secure checkout. Card details are handled by the payment provider, not by Areezz.

All prices are in euros (€). If your card is in another currency, your bank handles the conversion and may apply its own rates and fees.

Hoodie fabrics, weights and fit differ between designs and colours. Read the composition and fit notes on the product page, and compare its size measurements before ordering.

Our pieces are made to order rather than produced as finished stock in advance. Materials and any garment-specific certifications are listed on the product page.

Modern prints are cured when they are made — what attacks them afterwards is heat: hot washes, hot dryers and irons over the graphic. Wash cold and inside out, hang dry or tumble low, skip the bleach, and iron low without touching the print. Our care guide covers the full routine.

If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact support@areezz.com with your order number and photos so we can help — we cover defects, misprints, and errata. Eligible returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Because products are made to order, change-of-mind returns are not automatically accepted.

Change-of-mind returns are not automatically accepted: every piece is produced for a specific order, so there is no warehouse stock to return into. If something is genuinely wrong with your item, contact us — that is exactly the case the 30-day defect policy covers.

Areezz is an independent graphic streetwear label founded in 2024, built on original in-house designs printed to order in the EU. Original graphics and made-to-order production — wear different or don't wear at all.
