1. About Areezz
Areezz is a streetwear and urban fashion brand. We design and sell graphic tees, accessories, and related apparel worldwide through our online store.
2. Orders and Payment
- All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable VAT where required by law
- Payment is processed at the time of order via WooCommerce Payments or PayPal
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud
- Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance; we may cancel and refund at our discretion
3. Shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping times and costs are detailed on our Shipping Policy page. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
4. Returns and Refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn, unwashed items in original condition. See our Returns & Refunds page for full instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the return.
5. Product Information
We strive to display product colors and details accurately. Slight variations may occur due to monitor settings or fabric dye lots. Size charts are available on each product page; please review before ordering.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, logos, photographs, and written content on this site are the property of Areezz or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with other users experience.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Areezz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased.
