30-day return window
Return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.
How to start a return
- Email support@areezz.com with your order number and reason.
- We reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Pack the item securely in original packaging if possible.
- Ship to the address we provide.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we process your refund.
Eligible
- Unworn, unwashed items in original condition
- Items with manufacturing defects or shipping damage
- Accessories in original packaging, unused
Not eligible
- Worn, washed, or altered items
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Returns after the 30-day window
Refund timeline
5–7 business days after we receive and approve the return.
