We want you to love every Areez purchase. If something is not right, this page explains how returns and refunds work.
30-Day Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage from use will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@areezz.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will review your request and reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible.
- Ship the item to the address provided in our reply.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund.
What Is Eligible for Return
- Graphic tees that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Accessories and keychains in original packaging, unused
- Stationery items in original condition, unused
- Items with manufacturing defects or damage from shipping
What Is Not Eligible for Return
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items returned outside the 30-day window
- Free promotional items or gifts with purchase
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@areezz.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, and you will not need to return the damaged item unless we specifically request it.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return so you can confirm delivery.
