Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During holidays or promotional periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the package is picked up.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Please note:
- Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping charges.
- International packages may be held at customs for inspection, which can add delivery time beyond our estimates.
- We cannot mark packages as “gift” to avoid customs charges.
- Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, or if your package appears to be stuck in transit for more than 10 business days beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@areezz.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and resolve the issue.
Wrong Address
If you provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@areezz.com. If the order has not yet shipped, we can update the address. If the order has already shipped, we are not responsible for delivery to the wrong address, but we will try to help you resolve it.
