What kind of products does Areez sell?
Areez offers a curated selection of cute graphic tees, kawaii accessories, stationery, keychains, bag charms, and giftable items. We focus on quality over quantity, keeping our catalog small and intentional.
Are the graphic tees true to size?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements in inches and centimeters. Our tees generally fit true to size with a relaxed, casual fit. If you prefer a more fitted look, we recommend sizing down. For an oversized look, size up. If you are between sizes, we suggest going with the larger size for comfort.
What materials are the graphic tees made from?

Do you restock sold-out items?

How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping within the US is a flat rate of $4.99. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping. Express shipping (2–4 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days within the US. Express shipping takes 2–4 business days. International shipping times vary by destination and are estimated at checkout. Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates — weather, customs, and carrier delays can occasionally extend delivery times.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to select international destinations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your address. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in their original condition. To start a return, email support@areezz.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with the next steps.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@areezz.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing time depends on your payment provider and may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
Product Care
How should I wash my graphic tees?
For best results, wash your graphic tees inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners. Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry. Do not iron directly on the print — iron inside out or use a pressing cloth.
How do I care for accessories and keychains?
Keep accessories away from prolonged moisture, direct sunlight, and harsh chemicals. Wipe clean with a soft damp cloth. For bag charms, avoid overloading with heavy items that could stress the clasp.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, but if your order has not yet shipped, email us and we will do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you can still return it within our 30-day window.
